Good morning, friends! I’m so excited to be sharing something a little different than what you normally see here – workwear! My whole outfit is from Walmart and each piece is under $50, including the shoes. I have shared a lot of pieces from Walmart the last few months and I’m so humbled to continue sharing more from the We Dress American campaign. As I have previously mentioned, Walmart fashion has really surprised me in a good way and I have loved every single piece I have shared here. The price is right, the quality and fit of the items I have shown here have been excellent and they now offer free next day delivery on eligible orders over $35 without a membership!
I worked in a corporate office for 8 years right out of college and dressing up everyday was something that I truly enjoyed. I always felt more confident if I loved what I was wearing. Even though I do not dress for an office everyday now, I do take a little time every morning to put myself together. I find that it keeps me motivated, accomplished and just makes me happier. My inspiration for this post came from these high waisted pants. I love thinking of all of the different ways to style them – whether for work or as a casual option. You could also pair these pants with a cami and blazer as a different work option or a tank, denim jacket and sandals for weekend wear. I paired these wide leg striped pants with this adorable TEXTILE ruffle black top and these nude ankle strap block heels. The heels really surprised me with how comfortable they are and I went with my normal size 6.5. This bag is one that I have been carrying all summer! I picked it up earlier in the year in the pale pink color and will be using the black one as we move into the fall.
I love searching and searching to find gems like these pants! At the $22 price point, you can’t beat that! I hope this post gives you inspiration as you head out the door to conquer the workday. If we feel confident in what we are wearing, we can do anything!
