Hi there, friends! How is your week going? I am so excited to share this super fun and cute online boutique that I came across a few weeks ago – Cotton and Grain boutique! When I first came across their Instagram page, their casual, cute style caught my eye. As a mom, I look for easy, comfortable clothes to wear everyday and Cotton & Grain has just that! And, I can’t forget to mention the owner is super sweet! She is a mama, wife and now a boutique owner! It has been a dream of hers for so long and she is finally living out that dream!
Cotton and Grain is offering a 10% discount on every order and free shipping on orders over $50 using the code “MEGHAN.” There’s lots of sales going on too – this front knot shirt is super cute if you like doing the front tuck like I do! I love this long sleeve top and although it’s not on sale, it’s such a great price! All of their prices are very affordable! Not only do they carry clothing and accessories, they also carry the cutest home goods!
Let’s first talk about this pretty, versatile sweater that I absolutely love! I thought about pairing it with your normal jeans and boots, which would be so cute, but I changed it up and paired it with black jeans and my favorite over the knee boots. This might be one of my favorite looks because it is totally my style! It’s easy, comfortable and not a lot of thought had to go into it. You could find me wearing this look out for date night or dinner with friends.

After taking these pictures, I wore the sweater the rest of the day! Even to church, but I changed into regular jeans and booties. This is one of those sweaters that you reach for when you have very little time in the morning and just don’t know what to wear. This knit sweater would be so easy to pair with leggings and layered with a striped tee or this roll tab sleeve tunic for extra length underneath. You could also pair this with your favorite work pants or over a dress for a wear to work option.
I kept the jewelry simple with hoop earrings and my favorite initial necklace because the sweater speaks for itself. The color, texture and little pockets add small details to make it different and stand out!
The second item I styled was this pretty plaid woven top! I love the detail of the window panes making it very flattering. I paired it with my favorite white denim and heels for a dressed up look. You could even wear this now with a denim jacket over it and flats for a more casual look. This top is another great work option as well, pairing it with a skinny dress pant or tucked into a skirt. Majority of people I hear from say they look for items they can dress up for work and dress down on the weekends. This is definitely one of those tops that can go both ways!

Throw on this top with your favorite shorts when the weather starts warming up. This top has the most flattering fit with pleats and banding at the waistline. I love when I find tops that I can wear year round, because sometimes the weather just doesn’t want to cooperate with the season. During the cooler months, one day it can be hot and the next day freezing!
I dressed it up with this pretty statement necklace and kept my initial necklace on. I love the layered, effortless look of necklaces to change up an outfit and to dress it up.
You can find Cotton and Grain on their website, Instagram and Facebook!
