We are back with a new week and a new month! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! It was beautiful for the most part yesterday with a high in the 70s but this week we are back in the 50s. I’m hoping that warmer weather comes back soon and decides to stick around a little bit longer. We have another appointment to check in on the baby this morning and I’m looking forward to it! I’m pretty sure it’s our last scan until 34ish weeks.
It feels good to share an outfit post today! I asked in IG stories about a week ago thoughts on the sneaker trend. I was very surprised at the voting – almost 50/50! Almost half said they love the trend of wearing sneakers and the other half said it’s just not for them. It’s been around for a few seasons now but honestly, I couldn’t get into it. I always thought it looked so cute on everyone else but I felt like I just couldn’t pull it off. Majority of the shoes I tried were bulky on my feet, not comfortable and the stark white just didn’t fit my style. I am incredibly happy to report I finally found a pair that I love!! They are easy, comfortable, a pretty blush color, they don’t feel like I am wearing massive shoes on my feet and will go with so much for spring and summer! If you have been on the fence yourself, trust me with these! You will want to take a dive into the trend yourself! Who doesn’t want to pair comfortable, cute shoes with everything these days?
I paired them with the easiest outfit – a pair of denim and white button down shirt. I thought I would start off basic and share an outfit that I would wear out and about. There will be more outfits to come for sure with t-shirt dresses and shorts for spring. The blush color has a neutral tone that just works without screaming look at my feet! I love that you can tie them or leave them untied for a more casual look.
Outfit details: faux suede sneakers | cotton button down shirt (size XS – not maternity) | maternity denim | handbag | gold bracelet | white/gold bracelet

After the poll was taken on Instagram stories, I decided to share more spring shoe options because you guys really surprised me by how close the voting was! Several love and wear sneakers with everything and lots say it’s not for them. I am absolutely one for personal preference so hopefully this roundup will give you inspiration to pair a fun neutral shoe with denim, shorts and dresses this spring!
