It’s that time of year! Time to get those family pictures done! We take them every year for our Christmas card, except for last year, we had a random person snap our picture while in the mountains. I loved how it turned out! I strategically dressed us for the day while also keeping in mind what we wanted to wear for the pictures. I’m here to help with the big debate about what to wear and share a few tips to help make dressing your whole family a little easier.
I chose 2 different color pallets, first being neutral tans and navy and the second, more of your rich browns and maroons with neutral greys and tans once again. You can’t go wrong with having one person in all neutral colors. It’s best to start with one person and go from there. For me personally, I decide what I’m going to wear first, whether it be a neutral sweater dress or a pretty paisley dress and go from there. Stick with the same color family but try not to be so matchy matchy. If the men/boys in your family will wear patterned shirts, break it up with a vest for one or a pullover. Try to keep patterns to a minimum, less is more.
I hope this was helpful! Have a wonderful Tuesday!
