Hi! I hope your week is off to a good start. I had every intention of posting this yesterday, but home/cooking/grocery shopping took priority. I have big news! We are now members of Costco. Ha! I don’t know what took us so long to join but that place is amazing! After I came home with all of the goodies, I got right to cooking with the urge to reorganize my pantry. Like take everything out and reorganize. That didn’t happen but I’m thinking it will this week. There are a few new organizers I need and after searching on Amazon, I’m now waiting on them to come in. For dinner last night, we had our favorite turkey chili and I made this Vietnamese-inspired shredded chicken salad for lunches this week. It was a pretty tedious recipe to make with lots of chopping but man it is delicious! I am looking forward to lunch this week! Ok moving along to today’s post which ironically is about home pieces!
Does the urge to rearrange your home ever just hit you? That happened to me last weekend. We have this corner in our living room that I have been trying to figure out how to style for the last 5 years. After taking down our Christmas tree, the space was bare again. It needed to be brought to life and add a little homeyness to our living room. I had been searching and searching for the perfect table to go in this space, when all along it was sitting in our front entry way. I moved the table and a few other things around in our living room to give it the look I was going for. I am no expert (AT ALL) with home decorating but after we have lived in this house for quite some time now, I am finally seeing how I want it to look. And now the front door feels much less crowded and more like a less is more inviting kind of space. (this table was styled at our front door before) Truthfully, I haven’t shared a ton of our home here because it’s not completely done. We still have curtains that need to be hung, light fixtures to change out and pictures that need to go on the walls. It has been a work in progress. Do you ever feel like your home is completely done or you always want a new, refreshing feel to it? I think it’s totally ok to want to change it up and add new things you love. I am linking the pieces I can from the pictures below.

White picture frame | matted wood frame | plush throw
Target’s new home arrivals that hit the web Sunday are so good! I will be adding this chandelier over our breakfast room table. It is just the shape and look I have been searching for. Oh man, this large seasgrass pendant popped up as I was typing this! It looks so pretty! The wall that’s above the couch still needs some sprucing! I see 2 large paintings there with these scones on each side. And lastly, this over the door organizer now sits pretty in my kitchen. Always here for little ways to stay organized!

Do you like seeing home posts here? It’s not my specialty at all but I buy what I love and incorporate it into our home.
