Happy Friday! Does anyone else feel like this week flew by? I am so glad it’s Friday because that means it’s the last day of swimming lessons and I could not be happier. Is that so bad?! I will be so glad when we can go to the pool and just have fun. That’s when the little guy is most content – and I’m most content when I don’t have to get in the pool with him every.single.day.
While I was browsing the Nordstrom sale last week, I came across this precious peplum top that’s actually not part of the sale. I knew when I saw it, it would be perfect now for summer and would be easy for layering into the fall. The color is totally me! I prefer neutrals over anything else – lots of whites, creams and tans! Check out how I styled this easy breezy top 4 different ways! I’ve already worn it a few times and have gotten so many compliments!
This look will get you through the rest of summer! These Jcrew shorts (not the same but linked a similar pair) are probably my most worn shorts – so easy to throw on with everything!
There is no way you can go wrong with an all neutral outfit. Um, hello $13 shoes from Target I found on sale! I will be wearing those the remainder of the summer! Wear this peplum top and white jeans to dinner on patios this summer, lunch with friends and switch out the necklace with fun earrings (obsessed) to add some color!
As the evenings start to get cooler, throw on a cute military jacket and some booties! Can’t wait to start wearing booties but I’ll be sweating in them until November in Florida!
Lastly, pair the peplum top with your best black denim and hat (not the same so I linked similar)for fall!
If you find me wearing this peplum top multiple times, I am not sorry about it! There are just too many cute ways to not keep it in rotation! And at a great price point, you can’t go wrong with it.
It was a great first week of blogging! All of the positive feedback makes me so excited to keep up with this! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! See ya back here Monday!
Love the top! And all of the different looks.
I love this post! Having new outfit ideas is so helpful!
